I had an intriguing conversation recently with Herald, National, Guardian and Observer journalist and columnist, Kevin McKenna. The chat was over lunch in a fine Glasgow restaurant, and at its purpose, Kevin was interviewing me for an article he was writing about my filmmaking for the Herald Arts Magazine.
I thoroughly enjoyed a spirited discussion around Scottish working classes, toxic masculinities, my drive to tell stories that try to understand the heart of football culture and the everyday sexism associated with life as a women working in a male dominated industry.
